I am very disappointed with this company.
and I wish I could give it lower that one star.
I ordered this dining set back in early February and today is July 10 and haven’t received my package yet.
their system confirmed delivery after 60 days of the order but I have never received anything.
I have reached the customer service multiple times for any updates but there has been no tracking updates, no delivery and absolutely no help from the customer service.
this is by far my worst experience with any company and it is very frustrating and unprofessional.
After a certain time now the app doesn’t allow me to apply for a refund and I have reached customer service for a refund but there is no response or help from them.
I feel like I am being scammed.
I will never order anything from them again, and I strongly recommend others to be cautious before making any purchases.
this is really really disappointing and frustrating.

Regarding the delay of the goods, it was actually due to routine customs inspection during transportation. Customs will conduct random inspections on some packages. This process is a normal operation of the regulatory department. We, like you, only learned about it afterwards. Although this is not a link that we can directly control, it is indeed our negligence that we failed to synchronize with you in more detail in advance about possible special situations.
At present, we have confirmed again with the logistics party that the goods will be shipped as soon as the inspection is completed.
